A: When you submit an order to sell your apple, Newton’s Head will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. An additional copy of this label will automatically be sent to your registered email address. Simply print out this label and tape it to your shipping box or envelope, then give the package to your local post person or drop it by the post office.

Q: My product is broken; will Newton’s Head still buy it?

A: YES! We pay top dollar for broken Apples! Follow the steps on the website to find out how much your broken apple is worth!

Q: I have sensitive information stored on my apple, should I erase it myself?

A: There is no need for you to erase your information; we will wipe all stored data from your device as soon as it is received.

Q: Tell me about the Newton's HEAD price matching policy?

2. NewtonsHEAD will send you a prepaid mailer. This consists of an envelope which contains a folded box and a prepaid mailing label. When you receive the envelope, you just assemble the box, insert your device and use some newspaper (or what have you) to pad the contents. Then, give the box to your post person or drop it by the post office.

Q: How soon will I get paid?

A: Newton’s Head issues payments within 24 hours of receiving orders. Typically, orders are processed and paid out on the day that they’re received. We offer 3 methods of payment…
